I love this street style pic because it debunks some of what’s been written about menswear this year. Much of the discourse I’ve seen online in 2022 has revolved around the death of the tie and the death of tailoring and formalwear, when in reality what I think we’re seeing is a resurgence of these sartorial traditions from a different perspective. Rather than looking at the suit and tie as uniform, we’re seeing them re-emerge as just another style tool in our toolset. The vibe can be dressed up, or more casual as we see here. No, the suit is not dead, and neither is the tie—our friend here is wearing two.—José Criales-Unzueta, Fashion News Writer, Vogue Runway
Each and every time Zendaya steps out, you know she is going to give us a jaw-dropping moment. This photo of her in head-to-toe Pink PP from Valentino was no different, and it makes me so happy to see her having fun with fashion.—Alexis Bennett, Commerce Writer
On the first day of the couture shows, Phil Oh sent in a batch of A-listers in fabulous outfits. We had Tina Kunakey with husband Vincent Cassel in head to toe Alaïa; Naomi Campbell; and guests in chainmail dresses fleeing the Paco Rabanne show on motorcycles. But the picture that stood out the most was the one of super-stylist Aleksandra Woroniecka in the day’s simplest outfit. The nonchalant lean towards the car, the effortlessly casual but probably expensive jeans, and the phone in one hand and cigarette in the other make this one great street-style picture.—Irene Kim, Production and Editorial Coordinator, Vogue Runway
